I made a payment Friday just to find out you are closed I need a refund. I cant understand why you wouldnt allow customers to know you were closing. I need a full refund to pay it to the correct company.

They never answer the phone. However quick to call and blow you up when its 3 days before your payment due date. Then the coverage for internal engine is crap. I had a piece inside my motor fixed and they wouldnt cover it. Dont recommend ever financing with this company. Im about to return their car because my car has gone to devil since purchasing 6 months ago and I dont do any major driving. Tint peeling off windows. I literally have steaks all the way down my windows. Another out of pocket cost for me to get fixed so I can see out of them. The car service department is rude and will tell you they dont care about you calling boss on them because no one is going to fire them. Then Hr lady never picks up her phone nor does she return calls or voicemails. I called her 100 times in 1 week left a lot of voicemails and no response. And its been 2 months. This company dont care about nothing but getting your next payment for this pushover cars they selling !

I received extremely poor customer service. During the call, I asked a rep for assistance in setting up a payment arrangement. The associate scoffed upon my request and advised that I had until 5:00pm THAT DAY to make the payment in full. He stated that if I did not make the payment that my account was at “risk” I asked for a supervisor to assist me. The supervisor, who provided her name then asked me (if I needed help spelling that) advised that she was doing me a favor by giving me until Friday THREE DAYS to make payment in full. She then proceeds to tell me all the things that the company CAN NOT do for me. I asked her who could help me, and she said “she was it". I hung up without any payment arrangement feeling completely annoyed at the treatment I received while trying to make some type of payment. I have never experienced an incident like this one. It was extremely disheartening that I could not receive the assistance I was requesting. I was treated very disrespectful the supervisor spoke in a very condescending matter and was very rude! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I treated the same way ! The company is a scam !

They sell you “lemon” cars hassle you about a payment, and tell you things that they won’t do and won’t follow through it .

Sold me a car with multiple recalls on the engine TOLD me they were gonna put me in another car never did, and continues to bill me for a car I don’t have on their online portal! SCAMMERS!

Paid off bill in full,get another bill

I paid this bill completed off,before the due date. overnighted the pay off. ($5,281.18) two weeks later I get a bill for $49.83. They call it Reg Purch Purch date 09/05/07. Now the only thing missing is a kiss, becuase this company will (4 letter word) u know the drill. American finco u sucks. I will report this too your State Attorney Office. That all I had to say, but i need at least 100 words, before i can post my complaint, now i need twelve, Please stay away from this company, no bull
